Repeat Infringers

Youth Times will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.

Safe Harbor

This DMCA policy is designed to comply with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. We reserve the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes copyright without prior notice.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Processing Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for review.
